Okay so I have an evolving trip.

Started out as I am going to Disney for food and wine festival.

Made a reservation at POFQ (stayed solo last Sept, Love this Mod) with AAA thinking that if a great discount showed up I'd switch to BC (also stayed last Sept with family and Love this Deluxe). Four days Sun-Thurs flying in one day early stay off site Sat to start Sun Bright and early.

Then my mom decided to come along, okay talked her into POFQ but really would look at discounts at BC and even if it was a small one go there as she adored this resort last Sept. Going in on Sat but driving to Tampa to Hard Rock for first night so Mom can gamble, drive to WDW Sun early.

Now, Mom not going. Cancel HardRock. Friend from work wants to go Sun-Thurs with me. I have since decided that I really want a Sat-Sat stay like I did last year, I already have Air for that week I AM going to be there Sat-Sat.

So......

I will probably add Sat night POFQ to make that reservation Sat-Thur. Then my friend goes back home and I am solo Thur-Fri night leaving late Sat.

Where to stay...

I could just do two more nights at POFQ and I may as I am very comfortable here. However I am looking at three other options.

1. Go offsite but have to pay to park at least Fri (and since I don't leave till late Sat maybe that morn as well) I am doing one day at IoA early in the week could do a second day and stay over on International Blvd or onsite Universal.

2. Move to ASMu where I have stayed before and don't mind a smaller room being solo and it's a quieter resort I am not a fan of the POP/Movies decor. but been there done that and it's not someplace I 'love' just someplace I wouldn't mind staying.

3. Move to AoA to try out the "NEW" resort. Only to tell the truth the big in your face icons make me wince. But intriqued by the concept, new hotel to try out, and the food court is very interesting. Don't have a burning need to stay there but wouldn't mind a new experience expecially as I have only me to answer too.

Money is not really a factor but will influence me somewhat. I am pretty frugal in that I see nothing wrong in saving money, but if I wanted to chuck the whole plan and just do a week at BC I could (but I would so hate writing that check to the credit card :headache:). So the cheapest option is not particulary the movtivating factor but I'd be happy to save money, it won't affect my enjoyment of the vacation either way.

Just looking for some input, before I make up my mind. I'm okay with any of the options above.

I vote for all nights at POFQ. We've never stayed there, but it seems to be a resort that you love, so I would add the 2 nights there. I would rather stay somewhere I was comfortable with and not have to worry about moving. With that said, if a great discount came out that could be applied to the BC for the whole stay, I would choose that. Since you're going for F&W, you really can't beat being within walking distance to Epcot ;).

I did go ahead and book 2 nights at the end of my trip at POFQ (had to have a seperate reservation as there were no AAA discounts).

I still need to decide on the first night, and that will depend if I want to go to the parks Saturday night. If I decide to do Sat at a park I'll probably do one night at AoA just to try the new resort. If I am not going to do a park then I'll stay offsite and do some shopping at the outlet then drive into WDW Sun morn.
