Decision Made... I Think

Hi All

After weeks of searches and looking at hundreds of properties I have picked the one I think we are going with

Jura Villa in windsor Hills -

I am just a little worried. I did the property search as others have recommended and didnt come back with anything. Should I let that deter me or move forward anyway? Has anyone stayed here or at their other property next store, Gigha Villa. If so tell me all!!! As always thanks

We stayed at Gigha in March for 11 days, and we saw Jura next door. They are both terrific, a 2 minute walk to the playground, a 5-7 minute walk to the clubhouse/pool complex. We had excellent experiences with both the Scottish owners, and their management company. In my opinion, these homes are slightly more "basic" than some others in WH -- they do not have a million toys, overly themed rooms, etc. -- but that makes them more reasonably priced, and our kids, 5 and 7 years old, certainly had an amazing time. Everything is brand new and spotless and that's what matters to us.

Can't wait to hear your review when you get back DPell. We are booked in for Jura from 28 November for 4weeks. The owner rang me the other night - he's in Scotland and I'm in Australia - just to see if I had any further questions. I had emailed him with a couple. What a nice man. Very easy to talk to and very flexible. I did the property search also and came up with both his houses. I am not sure which is which but as they are next door to each other, it doens't really matter. I was just curious really. I love how close it is to the playground.

Jura is closer to the playground. And -- at least back in March -- Gigha has air hockey while Jura has foozball (this was a huge factor in our decision to rent Gigha! DH and the boys love air hockey)
