Deciding Whether to Visit Epcot on June 18

Do any experts know whether Soarin and/or Frozen Maelstrom will be open on this date? We've got two days in the parks and had slotted this one for Epcot, but these are two of our favorite rides. Wondering if we should substitute Animal Kingdom instead.

The last I heard, they're saying early 2016 for the Frozen ride, so I would think it should be open in June, but for Soarin' all they're saying is summer.

Thanks! As long as one of them is open, that should tip the scales in favor of keeping with our original plan of Epcot. We were reluctant to give up dinner in the World Showcase, but the kids are still all about the rides.
