What's most important to you when you are decidingon which resort to stay? Is it price, location, convenience, activities (such as boating), pool, atmosphere, setting or other?

For me it's mainly location and setting. I love the Contemporary and being on the monorail loop. The convenience is great, location unbeatable, fun atmosphere and lots to do. We spend a lot of time at our resort between the pool, arcades, afternoon breaks, etc. which is a factor which helps determine where we stay.

convenience is #1 with us. We like the Epcot Resort area. So convenient to Epcot and MGM. Plus, all the dining options.

Second in line would be pool/atmosphere - it's a tie. We love stormalong bay and the theming of YC/BC.

Third, and a close third would be price. If we can get a good discount rate that is. We're staying at the Poly in 26 days because we got a good AP rate. It's our first Poly visit - hopefully we'll enjoy the convenience of the monorail and not miss the Epcot area.

We'll see.

We always want to try a different resort that before. Hoping to try all the resorts. I'm not sure of our strategy before we choose where to stay. The first time it was a last minute trip and it was based on availability. The second time we thought since we didn't spend a lot of time in the room, we'd try a value. Then we picked the newest one. This year, we definitely wanted to stay at a deluxe and have always wanted to stay at the Wilderness Lodge. Who knows where we'll go next time!
:p :hyper: :wave2:

Price is our main concern right now. We can't imagine paying the high rates for the deluxes right now. Of course, we have two rooms this time, so next time with only one room, anything could be possible :)

I guess determining factors #1 price, & what our financial status is at the time, with that being said we try to stay at a different resort everytime (with the exception of DVC).

This time we choose CSR, I am very excited to try this resort.

For me it's price. I'm not willing to spend a lot of money for a room I'll only use to shower and sleep. We don't spend much time hanging out a the resort. All of our time is spent in the parks. I'm sure I'll change my mind after we get a few more visits under our belts, but right now the whole disney things is still pretty new to use.

Price is the key for this visit - and that's only because I've recently joined the ranks of the unemployed.

I was going to stay at FW but changed the ressie to Pop Century b/c of price and the positive comments from board members regarding PC.

Location & amenities.

We do spend alot of time at our resort.

Our goal is to try all the resorts, well, at least the deluxes.

Right now, our dd is small, so we like to be near MK. When she's older, I'm looking forward to trying SAB, errhh, YC or BC......

We stayed at CR & WL so far & loved them both!! For our next trip, I think we're going to split our stay between AKL & Poly.
