Decided on WL, please answer some questions...

After much debate and watching the planning DVD several times, the family vote is WL. My questions:
1) DD will be 13 and is about 5'5"-will she be comfortable in a bunk bed?

2) How often do the buses come in the morning? We are early park goers.

3) Do the boats only go to MK or to TTC as well?

4) Is there a food court?

I'm sure there will be more questions in the future, but I'll just start with these. TIA!

I am 5' 6" and have comfortably slept in a bunk bed at AKL (same as WL, I think.)

Busses arrived at least every 20 minutes for each park. First thing in the morning and last thing at night they came more quickly.

No food court. They do have a fast food option---Roaring Forks. Some grilled options and some grab and go options.

Boats only go to MK.

DD is 5'5 also - she slept in a bunk without problem in February.

Boats go to the MK, CR & FW
To get to TTC (we lost a camera & L&F is there) we took the boat to MK, monorail to the TTC

4) Is there a food court?
Roaring forks is good, but doesn't offer a huge variety.

1. Your DD should be fine in the BB. I am 6' and I have layed in them.

2. Buses usually start running about 1 hour before park opening and come about every 20 minutes. The bus service at WL was never an issue during our trips.

3. Others are correct, no boat or bus to TTC. Take a boat to MK or CR and then monorail over.

4. No food court. Roaring Forks is a good counter service restaurant for burgers, pizza and such. They also have Whispering Canyon which is not to be missed. The Skillet is a must for us every trip. Then there is Artist Point which is a more upscale table service restaurant.
