December vs January - please help me decide!

I am SOOOOO excited to be going around the holidays, I really want to see the decorations, but we want to avoid as much of the crowds as possible. Unfortunately, we have to work with my husband's grad school schedule, so that puts on closer to x-mas than we'd like.

So which do you think would be better: Dec 15 - 20 or Jan 2 - 7?

I think I read somewhere that decorations are still up on Jan 2nd, but if they're not, I guess that makes are decision easier. I really have my heart set on that - silly I know, but this is my one and only chance to see them.

We went last dec 10-17, pulled my gids out of school. so nice, got on most rides quickly, and some we fast passed...this was a nice week, not crowded. and the decorations you cant miss...I'd go in Dec 15-20....enjoy......
