December Trip Set Almost

Have airline tickets,park hopper tickets,Old Key West reservations confirmed,Tiffany Town car reservations made and MVMCP tickets and Hoop De Do Review reservations.Need to make Candlelight Processional arrangements and were all set.Do you like to have these things in place way before you leave?Or am I nuts for getting these things so far in advance?I also have trip insurance in place in case emergency would prevent us from going on our December trip.
