December Temp too cold for pool?

Going to Disney second week in Dec. What is the temperature like. Is it to cold to go in the pool

Its hard to tell what weather will be like in Dec. We have been 3 times in first weeks of Dec. We went swimming in '99 but it was a little cool in '00 and downright cold in'02. I would say take your swimming apparel but also take your warm clothes. Sorry to be so vague but you never know for sure what weather will be like in Fla in Dec.

it also depends on the time of day...it can be 80 but go down to 50 in the evening ( or lower) some days we have needed sweat shirts, other days shorts....usually we are not sweltering but it has been down right hot to us Northeners! if you really want to swim ( like go to a water park) I would try to be loose in you planning so if a really hot day comes you can go that day because you may or may not get another chance

We were in Fort Lauderdale last year in December and it was plenty warm as long as you were in the sun.

This year, in October, I was kind of chilly cuz even though it was 80 out, there was a breeze every time I got out to use the waterslide.

Guess you'll just have to wait and see!

Honestly you never know what you are gonna get

We bring our suits and on the off chance it warms up enough we leave the parks and head straight for the pool

in Central Florida. 2 years ago, we went swimming at the AKL most afternoons. Prepare for the worst and be surprised with the best!

Don't forget that most of the main pools are heated. We're also going in the second-third weeks of December and hope to swim at the Dig Site at CSR at least once or twice during our trip.

The water is heated so even though its cold, we go swimming. It's a little cold getting out, but otherwise, there is nothing that would keep my son out of the water.
