I thought it would be great to see who is going in December and hear the details of your trip.

We will be driving from Salt Lake City on Sunday Dec. 7th and going to the parks the 8th-12th and then driving back on Saturday. We are staying with family about 5 minutes away.

I get so excited to see the big tree on Main Street. I love the music and decorations for Christmas, it's all I need!!!

We just got back last night and I convinced dh that we need to go again to see the Christmas decor. We're trying to decide the exact dates but it'll be 11/29 or 30 through 12/2 or 3. We'll probably be driving from San Jose area, but I'm trying to find a flight that's reasonable. 14-15 hours in a car gets old real fast lol.

We will be driving down...Hwy 1 most of the way...love this drive :lovestruc (beautiful scenery)...with a stopover in Cambria...then on to DL 12/3-6 for some Christmas Magic... Staying at the DGC :cloud9: ... jc

We are leaving from Orem, Ut on Sat. Dec. 6 and driving to Las Vegas, staying the night in LV and then leaving Sun. morning for our 5 or 6 day visit to DLR. We are staying at HoJo Sunday night thru Thurs. night and really looking forward to our trip. We are trying to decide whether to add a Friday ticket ($5 more each) so we can see Aladdin at the Hyperion.

Then we are driving to Las Vegas again and staying overnight, then home on Saturday - maybe mid afternoon.

It is my family - Me, DH, DS 12, DS 6, and DS 4; my parents who are bringing my neice (10), and our best friends who are going without their kids (College Finals!). So altogether 10 people. We are really excited! It is our first trip to DLR at Christmas time and we can't wait to see the decorations and share the Magic.

We are also looking forward to the Candlelight Processional. :santa:

we're heading back down to DL in december...we're there 12/11 to 12/13. it's a quick trip, but i'm not complaining! i'm glad we're going to be able to see the holiday fireworks and F! (since F! will be down when we are there in a couple of weeks)...i am sad that the DEP will not be up and running yet, but that's yet another reason to go back again next year! i'm sooo excited! i've never been to DL during the Christmas season!

This will be my 5th trip to DL within 27 months. It took me 44 years to get there for the first one, and I've been hooked ever since! :yay:

My family consists of DH, DS8 and DS4, and this will be the first time we've gone in December. We are really looking forward to seeing the holiday decorations, and of course the fireworks and parades. I especially want to see Small World, I've heard so many fantastic things about it!

We went in October last year and saw the holiday overlay for Haunted Mansion. Actually, that was the first time we'd seen Haunted Mansion, so we didn't really have a clue what was temporary.

My name is Alex2kMommy, and it has been 4 months and 20 days since my last Disneyland trip. I cannot wait!!!

Hubband and I are flying into LAX from Portland, OR on the 6th. His dad and brother are driving from Fremont and meeting us there. We're staying at Hojo's. We'll be in the parks the 7th, 8th, and 9th. Then we're driving back to my father in law's with them on the 10th and staying the rest of the week. Flying back to Portland on the 14th. Super excited to see the park all dressed up in Christmas decor. We went for our honeymoon last year in October. Loved all the fall decor. :yay: :yay:

Wow, this is pretty much exactly how our vacations in the past have been ROFL

This seems to be turning into the folks from the Northwest who are going to DL in December thread!

Will be in the parks 12/10-12/12 staying GCH concierge on DVC points. Celebrating my sister's birthday with DMom, DH and DSon.

A member of the southwest DLR vacationers club checking in!

DH and I will be driving from Tucson with DS-23 months and DS-10 months.

We are there 12/15-12/20, and are staying in HOJO's King suite.

I can't wait! All 4 of us are first timers to DLR as seasoned WDW visitors. I can't wait to experience the magic. :cool1:

Another NWer going in December. Flying down on Alaska December 2 and staying through December 5. The trip will include me, my DD(7) and my mother. We will be meeting up with other friends from Portland who will be there December 3 -7th.

Can't wait to see Disneyland all decorated for the holidays. The trip is a complete surprise for my daughter - if I can keep the secret. ;)

We are flying from PDX to LAX on 12/10-12/14 staying at PP (this will be our first time here we have stayed at the other two properties and decided to try this one!). We are celebrating our 10th anniversary and this will be our first time there during the Christmas holidays. We have the chef's table reserved for one of our nights and I am really looking forward to it.

This is our fifth trip in 23 months!!

Hi there, a non-american visiting here :)

My ds (6) and I fly into LAX on 18th Dec for just 2 nights of Disney fun :yay: then fly out on the 20th to London!

It is a total surprise for my son - can't wait to see his face.

We're going Dec 3 - 7. It's me, DD(will be 5), mom, and dad. We'll be driving from Northern CA.

It's our very first December Trip. We are all way excited. Even mom emails me for updates on the countdown! This is the trip I gave them for their June anniversary.
