December questions?

Hi everyone!
For the 1st time we will be at WDW during Dec and I had a couple of questions that just occurred to me:

1) What are the hours typically like during the 1st half of the month (Dec. 6-13)? Are the hours usually shorter--similar to Sept?

And

2) Do they still offer Extra Magic Hours during that time?

Yes, EMH are offered all year long (unless DIsney suddenly decides to eliminate them).

December 2008 hours will be released on or around June 1.
