December looks like its going to be packed!

I have been trying since the 180 day mark to make Fantasmic dining reservations...Everytime I call, there are no openings and they suggest I call back. (for cancellations) I figured it was because Fantasmic was not going to on every evenng I would be there (December-December 25th)...but, then I saw...(just last night) on my Touring plans site...that except for one day in December....Fantasmic would be on every single evening. This had just been updated.

If this was just announced last night...then how could it all be booked up? I did try to see if I could get regular dining reservations on each night we will be there...and I was able to get at least two different times every night. (I tried this on all three qualifying restaurants for the Fantasmic package.

Reservations for the new dates have not opened up yet. It'll take a day or two before they can be booked.

Don't forget that Fantasmic Dining Package ADRs are not assigned for regular meal periods. They are booked for the period after the main lunch period, and before the regular dinner period. So general seating ADRs have no relation to F. availability.

As the PP stated, it generally takes them a few days after additional Fantasmic showings are announced for them to load the new ADR slots into the system. Just keep trying every day till you get lucky.

I booked package for 12/29 and got lunch @ noon at Mama Melrose for the 6:30 show. There is also an 8PM show, but packages are not available for that one.

I was willing to go to any of the three qualifying restaurants at any time and was told everything was booked. I guess I will just have to keep calling every other day....but, will wait a few days until the extra fantasmic shows kick in....

I would just keep trying online. I just booked a F! dinner package yesterday at Mama Melrose's for 12/17.

Touringplans.com.....I pay a very small membership to get all kinds of information...such as all the wait times for the attractions...which days to go to which parks....All kinds of neat things...on my computer and app on my cell phone...

Looks like online they still haven't opened the other days that they've announced.. Hopefully they will soon!

We go at one of the slowest times of the year and this is the first time a fantasmic package was available. EVERY other time, couldn't get one.

is limited in quantity due to the space constraints in the theater for the show. There's a reserved section for the show and once that's filled up that's it on the Fantasmic packages. This section is for all three restaurants. It's not unlimited and they can be all booked up.

With that said if they have opened up more times you still have a chance. You need to be persistent on this one to get it.

Are you talking about booking the F! ADR online? If so, you can do regular ADR's, F! pkge ones & candelight processinal ones. I've done all 3 myself online.

The CM did suggest to keep calling...especially up to a couple of days before our trip because there is a ten dollar cancellation fee two days and before the event....

If you look online, only the 20th, 22nd and 25th are open to book so far. They haven't released the other dates yet for booking. They should have them available for booking soon but it usually takes several days or so when they add dates for it to show up in the booking system. I've been checking online a couple of times a day.

That's why I prefer to do all ADR bookings online, much easier than dealing with CM's. You can clearly see online that those dates are not even bookable, so they can't be full.
