December Extra Magic Hours??

Hi Everyone! It will soon be time for my 180 days out to choose my dining reservations. I always choose "what park - what day" to avoid the extra magic hours. I was just on the official Disney site and their calendar seems to stop at December 7th. Now I need to be sure of the extra magic hours in order to make my dining reservations. Is there a schedule somewhere of the hours - or do I have to just guess at this point? Thanks so much for any info.
