Well, life interfered again and I'm not making goal for November, so I need to really kick it up for December.

Sign up here for the number of minutes you commit to exercising this month. Remember shovelling(if you're lucky enough to have snow - [did I really just say that?]), housework and even some shopping can be exercise - ANYTHING to get us up and MOVING!!

I'd like to sign up again. Since I was over a week late signing up in November and did 600 minutes, I think I'll push myself a little and try for something more...

Here's a questions for you Disney travelers, I'm going to Disneyland on the 15th and am sure I'll get lots of walking in every day. How do you calculate your minutes in the parks?

Julie - thanks for doing this.

Since I am still restricted due to the shoulder rehab, I will try for 800 min. I can use the stationary bike and the TM. Maybe I can lose a little of the weight I have gained with my body falling apart.
 
Julie thanks for all this hosting you're doing. It really keeps us motivated!!!
Since I'll be in Disney for 12 days I think I'll cut back on my min. So 550 min for me!

I was SO bummed last month I couldn't join the challenge, but since I'd just had another foot surgery I was on dr's orders, but my dr. cleared me for exercise so here I go :)

Please sign me up for 600, I think that's a good start....

O-Tay! Like I said in my last November post, I came up 50 minutes short of goal last month, so I'm just going to have to make it up in December...

Hello - yes count me in again this month goldcupmom. I think I'll try for 1200 minutes - I have a few more morning shifts this month - could make it interesting. You do a good job of this - thanks!!

Heather, I wondered last month how come you posted on the 31 that you had already exercised on the 1st. Just did it again and, WHAM! It hit me, you're the one in Australia!!!!

Yes, people, I'm a tad slow lately!
 
I'm in for another 1200, I'll be cruising for 10 days but have good intentions of walking the boat, hope this keeps me honest.

1000 for me please. Last month was not a good one - foot problems kept me off the treadmill - but I will be working out now!!
 
I signed up late last month and definitely did not give it my all so I would like to try again this month. Please put me down for 1200 minutes. :cool1:
 
I surpassed my goals in October and November, so sign me up again! I'm going to stick with a goal of 1200 though, since this month will be challenging with traveling (hopefully to WDW, but family is trying to make us cancel to be with them, grrr) and the cold and icy weather will make it harder to get out to walk the dog or get to the gym........

I already went to the gym today for 80 minutes. Treadmill and lifting weights. Total for December: 80/1200

Since today is my bday though, I will be eating a yummy and fattening meal tonight, lol, with plenty of champagne and even <gasp> dessert! (bday cake)
