I am still 60 minutes short of my annual goal of 15000 minutes with 2 days left, so this one looks good as well.

Wow...i haven't posted since the 19th. I had to go back to my calendar where i chart my minutes. As of yesterday 1510/1700. I have 2 days to reach my goal..I think I can do it :thumbsup2
 
As I said on the thread I recently started ("Update from a former W.I.S.H. Regular"), I have been very sick the past few months and therefore unable to exercise. However, since December is the last month of the year, I wanted to post my annual total for 2008.

Back in January, I pledged to do 12,000 minutes (200 hours) in 2008. Last summer, when things were going so well, I upped that goal to 18,000 minutes (300 hours.) Because I got sick at the beginning of fall, I didn't meet the 18,000 minute goal, but I did meet my original goal for 2008 of 12000 minutes.

I did a total of 13689 minutes of exercise in 2008. I really loved doing it, as it made me feel great. I don't know when I'll be well enough to start exercising again, so I can't set a goal for 2009, but I really hope to get back to it -- I'm looking forward to it!
 
Well, I finished the month with 1180/1265, bringing me 85 minutes short of 10,000 for the year. I must say, this challenge really has helped me through the year to move more. It's so easy in the morning to get up and forget about exercising, but setting a goal is really helpful.
