December discounted rates - what to expect?

My DH and I are looking to buy AP's for the first time, and are thinking of making a short trip in December to see the parks at Christmas time. For those that have been in December recently, what could I expect to pay for a moderate (POFQ or CBR) or deluxe (AKL or WL) per night, with either a general public code or AP discount? We'd likely go that first week of December during value season.

We got the POFQ for 84.00 tax included this past December. In 2002 we got a courtyard view at the WL for 154.00, tax included.
