Hi Everyone-- we are going to Disney in January, but just got a flier in the mail for December. Thought I would post in case anyone can use it:

It looks like a public code--
18Q

$100 value resorts
$174 moderate resorts
$305 deluxe AKL or WL
on most stays sunday-thursday December 1-20th407-939-1307

not sure how great of a deal that turns out to be.. but hope it helps ;)

That AKL rate is the regular rate for weekday Standard View. Not a discount.

It's not uncommon for Disney to post public offers that look like discounts but aren't.

We have 4 room only nights ahead of our FD package. I just got off the phone. Since we're in the Little Mermaid rooms at AoA I figured it was probably excluded and it is. Couldn't hurt to ask, huh?

Also it might be a Pin Code. He asked me a lot of questions about where I got the code. And when he read it back to me later he called it I8Q. So not sure if he misread the 1 or if it's really an I.

Hope someone else can make it work. Thanks for sharing OP!

I agree. The moderate & value pricing is also the regular rate for weekday standard view. Same for WL. Tricky advertising. Disney has done this before, given a "code" for regular prices.

I was so excited when I first read this.....now I see it's a big nothing. Darn. Seems dishonest to offer a false discount....

Well unless it says "discount" on it - it's not sneaky. It's just a marketing flyer.

I received a brochure with the same prices and code, but for the month of October (since I had been pricing packages for then). It is just a sneaky marketing ploy to get people to pay rack rates ... quite deceiving for the unsuspecting.

Ya I got the Flyer in the Mail -- Got beyond excited ---- then called ---- Nothing--- Can't apply --- so sad the cm did tell me he can't say anything but be watching for Aug>>>>> I will ;)
