December crowds

A friend of mine is may be coming Dec 16-22 while husband is at convention. She has 4 boys-10 yo twins and an 8yo and 5yo. What are the crowds like before Xmas? Should she wait and come spring break?? Thanks

The crowds will still be fairly light during that time. Maximum wait time 30 minutes, and that's if there's a fluke.
