thanks.... our plans are so up in the air right now. We are definitely doing MVMCP on Tuesday night and EPCOT of Friday; Mon, Tues day, Wed and Thurs are blocked off for house hunting. We are really hoping we find something on Monday. I really want to get to HS this trip.

We have done a ton of research on houses and have about 10 at the very top of the list and another 10 as a back up just in case. I can't imagine we won't find something.

It's so hot here today!

It's currently sitting at 88F at 4.18pm with an expected top today of 90F! Tomorrow is supposed to be 93F (34C) - where's that melting smilie when you need it????

Thank heavens for air conditioning Every time I would let the dogs out they'd be quickly back at the door wanting to come back in. I've had to go out this morning and put the sprinkler on in the chicken yard for a while to keep them a bit cool. The ducks are 'nesting' on nothing and they'll have to be picked up and placed in their little pool or they won't move. Silly things.

I hear ya, we had one of the hottest summers this year also. That was my wish, that we had a pool, however, it was so hot I dont think that would have cooled us off...it most likely would have been like bathwater


Heard from the people whos luggage did not make it on the ship...sounds like the received it today...

It was beautiful here today, opened the windows and turned off the heat. Odd for December but we will take it.

It's been crazy even in KC.... My DD asks me "mom it's December right? Then why is it warm and no snow ?" I like it but I don't.... I have mixed feelings....

I'm currently somewhere over North America winging my way to the east coast. Flights have gone well so far today! I'll have a couple of days to get used to eastern time and repack before we fly to Fort Lauderdale for our cruise on the Caribbean Princess. We'll be visiting Aruba and Curacao--first time for me in both places. Hopefully, no late appearing storms. (a little tenative now after Sandy)!

Don't panic yet. I've already mentally started planning but haven't started anything. On our last cruise we had people join up a week before we sailed but as we'd already left home it was too late for me to do anything so I just gave them lollies. Maybe someone will hand out a final list when we meet onboard and if anyone's joined after the cut off date they can just get lollies or whatever too?
