The forecast is for sunny and near 70 hear in VA Beach this weekend. Sure am looking forward to that after the last couple of weeks!

Well we have sun here today also... Supposed to be a pretty decent weekend weather wise here. Tomorrow we are going to be close to 70degrees...I have to work till noon....then going to finish up working in the yard..

Ok guys, asking for some pixie dust here. My daughter was planning on coming home for Christmas. She told me last night, its not looking good as they let her have Christmas last year....she said possibly she could be here for New years....Since I havent seen them since June, was really looking forward to them being here for Christmas...especially with my grandaughter...so the bottom line, she is waiting for her comander to come back, the rest of her company is in the field right now, they get back next weekend, so hopefully Monday or Tuesday I will know ( 19th 20th) so please send some pixie dust this way.....so they let her come home for Christmas....

Hi all it's 3.30pm here and we're working on next years veggie garden; demolished the old raised beds, levelled the ground and now we 're putting in truck loads of cow manure and soil. Then we'll let it compost for a while before seeding it with green manure to break up the clay soil underneath and we should be ready to plant again by march. Not a lot grows up here in summer as it's our wet season
