December 30th Wishes- again :)

I am not able to book a FP for the 11:40 fireworks and I can't figure out why! I read on another post that a few people were able to book and were given an arrival time of 10:30. I can see Holiday Wishes with a 6:25 arrival but the only other fireworks is Wishes and in my MDE it stills says closed for refurbishment.

We are staying onsite and have all our other FP's done but I just can't figure out why I can't see/book this one! I have cleared my history, tried different browsers..no luck. Is this something that can be fixed with a phone call and who would I call?

The New Year's Eve fireworks are scheduled for December 30th and 31st. Probably not having FPs due to crowd levels.

Another poster had said that they were able to book a Wishes FP for the 30th with a 10:30 pm arrival time. I never saw one come available for that show and I have been stalking it! Finally called MS and the cast member didn't have an answer either so who knows Oh, well!

Can someone help me understand FP for the fireworks? What does that get you?

Guests with fireworks FP are allowed into either of two roped-off viewing areas located in the Hub. (See map below.)

Guests with FP enter one of those areas in time to see "Celebrate the Magic" (starts 15 min. before the fireworks) and stay through the fireworks show.
Most guests stand for those shows, but some choose to go to the back of the areas and
sit on the ground (Astroturf) to watch the fireworks.
