We have annual passes that we will activate in May 2021. We will be taking two week-long trips during that time. We are DVC so we need to plan resorts early.

I would like to take my five year old for a trip just the two of us. Five days staying at a Boardwalk studio. Obviously won't be her only time at Disney. Would prefer lower crowds but I know that's impossible to predict right now.

Would you choose early December or late January (not MLK week)?

It really depends on what you want to see. Are Christmas decorations important to you? Or the International Festival of the Arts? Both times should be lower than heavy crowds, but entirely hard to predict at this time until we know what the world will look like at that time.
