**December 2012 Roll Call** Holidays, FLE Opening & MVMCP!! A very, merry thread!

It probably is, as long as your seated at that time. LTT for dinner is served family style so really there shouldn't be much wait for your food.

Are you looking to attend the MVMCP that night? Or are you just trying to get out of there by 7. If you're not attending the party-don't worry about being out of there by 7. As long as your ADR is before 7 p.m., you're good to go. You may be escorted by a CM out of the park after your ADR and you won't be allowed to linger/shop. I've booked a 6:50 p.m. ADR at LTT on a MVMCP night that we're not attending.

I would say it will be doable but might be close if you are seated on time. If you are seated late, no.

I'm not sure from your post if you are attending MVMCP or not. What we do on party days is have a TS meal for breakfast or lunch, rest, get to MK around 4 and have CS dinner. That way we can be ready to go when the party starts, or get ready to line up for the special photo ops around 6.

We would not be attending the party this night was just trying to be out before it starts.. The time of the ADR would actually be 5:20.

I have a trip planning binder with my itinerary for each day, confirmation for air travel, lodging accommodations, etc. I have pockets inside for tickets and such.

I have something similar. I use an accordian file where I keep our things and a zippered canvas pencil case (the type that goes into a binder) for our key cards and such.

I have a folder for DME and tickets and such before we go. All of my other planning is in the cloud. I keep everything in Evernote. I have one notebook for general Disney reference and one for this specific trip.

Just dropping in to say hi. I've been busy planning 2 birthday parties one this past weekend and one coming up this Sat so haven't been able to keep up with the boards.

I just read this.... Made me all the more excited that I am only 128 days away from our Dec trip!

I need to find something to organize everything in as well... I think I just collect my HDDR tickets and MVMCP tickets at the desk bc I purchased them through DVC... Hmmm However, I have park passes from UT, reservations galore, photopass + voucher.... It's starting to pile up....

:yay:

I have a binder that I keep all my notes/planning in. However, for the World I am condensing all my info down into a tri-fold planner - 1 page that I print out. Inside it has each days plan, ADR ressie numbers, parade times etc. On the back it has where characters are, tips and any other info I think might be helpful.

Then I have a small hand-size pouch for KTTW/MVMCP/La Nouba cards.

Google and my droid are my friend when it comes to this. All my ADR's and confirmation #'s are listed on my Google Calendar on my computer. My computer is synced with my smartphone, so I have all the information I need in the palm of my hand. More like cargo short's pockets. :rotfl: All my flight information is listed as well (confirmation #'s, dates and times). I've shared the calendar with my DW and D'Sis so we each have access to this information. Just in case my phone should die for using the Disney App all day. :rotfl:

I created a WDW label under my gmail account where I have all the email confirmations for the ADR's, flights, rental car, hotels, etc. for our trip. I've also forwarded this information to DW for just in case. I will create a spreadsheet with all this information as a backup. I can print it all on one page (front & back) and take it along with me. I will put this sheet into a manila envelope along with our park tickets. I'm trying to help the environment by going Green! :thumbsup2

For my last trip (Pre-iPhone), I wrote down our touring plan and ADRs on index cards, laminated them, and put them on a key ring. I may have to investigate my iPhone's powers for this trip.

My biggest concern is losing it before I get there! :rotfl:

Love Wilderness Lodge during the holiday season, especially! We're doing the CP with Jodi as well, so very excited! I just ordered our MVMCP tickets last friday so I'm anxiously awaiting their arrival in my mailbox. How long does it take for those to arrive? I'm not sure where to put them so I don't lose them :hyper:

We are very excited for the Holiday season! We loved Halloween and have been wanting to see Christmas since 2008! I honestly don't remember how long it took with the MNSSHP tickets...all I remember is being so excited when that envelope was delivered!

The trouble I am having now is that by doing WL (which for us is essential because we want that hotel holiday experience) we can only go for 4 days when I have always had 6-7...Now I just have to really focus on what the one thing that is really important to each kid is and everything else would be bonus.

After feeling a little overwhelmed with planning I decided to start working with a TA. So, I've learned, after calling disney myself, that she has to call for anything concerning my reservation but can I still call to check if I have a pin code? Im guessing my chances are very slim since I'm going in December and looks like people that were going to get a code have but I have a friend going in April and we were wondering how that worked. If the TA now has reservation info, including address and email, how can disney get an offer to you without that info? Has anybody that has worked with a TA still received a pin code?

Thanks!

I also have an ipod touch. There are a few Apple Apps that I have installed as well that offer a backup to my backup. You would love your iPhone on your next trip. I can help you unlock the power.

OH MY GOODNESS...I just got goosebumps!

MUST...HAVE...MICKEY...NUTCRACKERS...

Cannot wait until December :santa:

For the last two trips I did a cut & paste of the TP into Evernote with Nimbulist. This gave me easy list features to sort and check things off and it let me work offline, since I was using my old iPhone without a sim card. (I ditched the iPhone service when I got my iPad.)

With the updated TPs, not sure exactly how I'll handle it this time. But I like to track what we've accomplished separate from the TP. Then if necessary, I can update the TPs for the later days when we're back at the hotel to include anything we missed.
