For those discouraged about not getting the restaurants you want, keep looking online. I was able to move some stuff around. Disney holds tables until all of the dates for events have been announced. They also open more tables (though not many) as we get closer.

We booked the following:
Narcoossee's
Sci-Fi (a little scared as we have never been here before)
Yachtsman Steakhouse
Princess Storybook

Bistro de Paris
Le Cellier
Wolfgang Pucks Dining Room Upstairs

No Coral Reef, Garden Grill, Le Cellier, Biergarten and Rose and Crown?
And no new additions to the available restaurants? Does that mean that there will be lots fewer packages booked so fewer reserved seats and more people waiting in line w/o reserved seating will actually get seats? I was hoping they inadvertently left LeCellier off but with all the seatings available on line now for Dec that doesn't seem to be the case.....

What dates are you looking at? I tried for 2 weeks for Garden Grill and Coral Reef and finally they opened up last week. I'd try everyday.

I have had no problems getting ressies!

Pretty Excited about being at Disney durning Christmas and we will not have to deal with family but we will be missing our furry babies! We are expecting Huge Crowds! Long Waits! But since this will be our 8th trip it is not a big deal if we do not ride alot, we plan to rely on fastpasses and see alot of shows. We are going to see xmas decorations and be at our home away from home during Christmas!

12/23 - No ressies - this is also my backup day for CP package.
12/24 - Hoping to book Candlelight Processional pacage, we were going for Rose & Crown, we will have to pick between Tutto Italia & Teppan Edo now that R&C is no longer an option. I have very picky eaters that will not eat hardly anything.
12/25 - Dinner LLT & (BBB xmas present for DD on xmas morning! )
12/26 - Tusker House - Dinner
12/27 - Chef Mickey's Breakfast & Rose & Crown Dinner
12/28 - WCC Breakfast & Garden View Tea Room at Grand Floridian for Afternoon
12/29 - Ohana Dinner
12/30 - Boma Breakfast

We are very sad we will be missing Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! But because of DS and High School School schedule we are not able to attend.

During the week of Christmas do they ever make it snow like at MVMCP?

During the parade at MK and Does the parade have an xmas theme the week of xmas?

Also, will there be any MVMCP merchandise for sale during the week of Christmas?

More restaurants have been added to the 2011 Candlelight Processional dining package line-up. The package gives you guaranteed seating at the Candlelight Processional show and pre-arranged fireworks viewing for that evening.

We did the CP in 2007, but haven't been back during this time of year since then, so I have a couple questions.

#1 - The info I've seen lists Le Cellier as only being available for the lunch package, which means only the 5:00 show, right? Last time we did this we did a later show so it would be dark, however, Le Cellier looks like it would be the best option for us as far as food we enjoy! Any thoughts on going to the CP when it's still light out?

#2 - Our dates are split between 2 narrators (SOOO bummed Neil Patrick Harris will be there 2 weeks before we go and we'll miss him ) The first part of our stay says TBD and the 2nd is Trace Adkins. We aren't super excited to see Trace Adkins, so I'm wondering how soon you think they might announce the TBD slot. If we book that slot and then when they announce it we decide we'd prefer to see Trace, can we change it, or is it prepay, non-transferable?

I understand how you feel. It is so close now. I am ready for it to be here, too. I have to admit - in some ways, I am not looking forward to my 11-day vacation. My in-laws are going and are totally taking advantage of us. I hope this trip is not a total disaster.

I just booked AS Music for December 11 - 17! I had no idea about the Candlelight Processional until just now. NPH is one of our favorite actors, I will have to look into a dining package. This is why I love the disboard.

Yes just waiting for CP and looking for December 24th. I'm still pretty ticked about HDD and them asking us to pay and then crediting us later.
