December 2009~ Am I the only crazy one planning already?

we'll be there Nov. 29-Dec.6. BLT 2-bed villa!! I'm so excited! We went last May so it's already been too long for me. I think I may have to sneak a long weekend trip in before the Nov. one.

Just had to change our dates because our bounceback cruise wasn't available for 12/3. Now we're going 12/6 - 12/10 at BLT and then the 3 day Wonder cruise!! I have to wait a whole extra week!
BUT - in case anyone is into the space program - I just found out there is a shuttle launch scheduled for 12/10 (the day we go on the cruise!). My DH is way excited!

Cool!! that would be the icing on my cake.. cruise and a shuttle launch all in 1 weekend!!

We just booked a Tree House Villa for Dec 5-12. We're taking our 3 adult children, our daughter-in-law and two grandbabies-2 and 3. I think our 23 year old single son is the most excited! I can't wait.

Hi everyone,

I'd love to join - I just booked our trip yesterday. It's me, DH, DD3 and DD6. We're staying November 30-December 7 at the Wilderness Lodge. December 6 is my DD's 3rd birthday, so I am so exicited to be at Disney on her birthday! I am also excited to see all the decorations at Christmastime. This is also our first trip to Disney - EVER. I'm so excited it's all I think about.

We'll be there during Pop Warner, but I've heard some people don't notice them much unless you're staying at the same resort. They are busy during the day and aren't at the parks the whole time. Whew!
DH is now suggesting that we do a one night stay at AKL at the beginning of our trip (Sat.) since we can drive and get there Sat. afternoon. Plus we can see animals since we're not planning on making it to AK in our three full park days! Hmmm...Who am I to argue?

I can't believe I've missed this thread. We've been booked since January. We are down there Dec 18th- 27th.

Hey! We are there the same days, well almost, we are the 20 - the 27th.... are you going on the 18th to catch the MVMCP? The 18th is the last party.... I was tempted to add two nights but concerned that it wouldn't be practical just for that event...

We were down during Pop Warner week 07 and we will be there again in 09. We did not notice until Friday afternoon. We walked on almost everything. Even though the crowds go a bit larger as the week progressed we didn't spend more than 20 minutes waiting in line. I think this year we will try and avoid the EMH in the evening. This is where we ran into the most crowds.
