So, I just booked my rooms for December 2008!
Yes, I know, its early, but this is for my honeymoon and why not book it now!
So, here's what we were shooting for:
7 nights, Poly, MK View, with AAA or AP Discount &
7 nights, AKL, Savannah View, with AAA or AP Discount.
This is what we booked (for now):
7 nights, Poly, Lagoon View, AAA Discount
7 nights, AKL, Pool View, AAA Discount
Not exactly what I want, but its early and I bet all the rooms aren't opened up yet.
The MK View was available but without discount... so, if next year I feel I need to have that view, and no discounts are available, we'll suck it up. It is not a must have at this point.
The Savannah view was not available at all
... I am sincerely hoping that this is because they have not opened all the rooms. This view I "need" to have, so I will keep calling every few weeks.
I will put in my room requests next year, and mention that it is my honeymoon.... I slyly tried to sneak in the fact that it was my honeymoon during this round, "Will I be able to call in to change the name on the reservation"... hoping that she would ask "why", to which I could respond, "It's our honeymoon and my name might be changed by then" ... but alas.
Next year, I'll be more direct.
It will be our first time at the world! Any comments or suggestions on rooms, etc. would be awesome.
