December 2008 - how is with me?

I have just made up my mind that I am going to plan for a trip in December 2008!!

I just have no clue of where to begin(we went last December but MIL did all the planning)... How far out can I book? Where to look for good rates and discounts on packages? About when does the codes come out for (how many months out)?

I'm with you! We'll be booking a room only reservation before our cruise on Dec 27, 2008. It seems so far away now, but I bet the time will fly!

I believe that you could book room only or package right now, as long as the reservation ends before Dec 31, 2008 (which is what I believe the WDW website said the last time I checked). I think if any codes come out you can apply those to your room if the room is eligible (I've never done this so anyone please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong!)...As for when they come out - not sure. I remember seeing a website that gave the historical information on codes but not which website it was.

I already booked a trip for dec 2008. I hope they will have a code when it closer to our trip that I will be able to apply. You just have to check here, they have all the good information. And will tell you when there are codes.
