Subscribing.... Thinking of going Dec14-Dec21. And of course hoping for a code.

I got the same code... I had called TCO on Saturday and they told me that I had a 40% off code, but when I checked the numbers against the rack rates, the AAA rates I had been quoted by my local AAA office , etc. it didn't seem like 40%. Now I know why - it was the 20% off code and my AAA quote still beat it...

Sorry to be a sourpuss - but do check the numbers folks before you get too excited... It may not be the best deal out there...

We will likely be booking our trip through our local AAA office since they have the best price so far for our first choice of weeks (the first week in December... the pin code discount is only for the second week in December).

I got the same code by email yesterday. When I called to check on it I was told it was a 40% off code but for cast members only. After he checked further it was the same 20% referred to above but I got a better deal already with AAA.

I got the planning DVD code yesterday via email, but unfortunately it wasn't the 40% one. It was 20% off a value, but only 12/7-12/13. So, we're still better off getting AAA and using that discount for the 5th through 14th or 15th. Now just hoping for something for the general public later in the year.

I don't have a code yet, crossing my fingers to get one. We are planning to go Dec 6 to 14. The dates I am seeing for the discount, if we ever get one , are dec 7 to 14. Would I still get this for the 6th and 14th. I am planning to do the package with dining.

Just signing up to the thread. I signed up to the one for November but after hearing that the Christmas Day parade taping will probably be the 1st week in December I don't need the November code anymore. So bring on the December code!! I've been in December before but always around New Year and never during the 1st of the month. When can we expect the December codes to come out - July-August?

Looks like our family WDW vacation will be postponed until the first week of December instead of May. Prices aren't too bad since it is value season, but any discount is a good discount.

Went to AAA today and put the deposit down for Dec 6-13 ... AKL Pool View (all the Savannah Views are booked at the AAA rate ...)

Called WDW last week - but no code for me ... yet ...

Looks like December is going to be hoppin' at WDW ...

Whats the latest we could hold out for before booking. We probably won't really know for sure if we can pull it off until around July or August. Also - saw where people called to see about a code attached to their name - could someone explain this - could I have one? Really hoping to make a repeat visit!!!!

You can go ahead and book your trip now to make sure you get a room, then change the ressie once a good discount comes out. I changed mine 2 times last year. I made the ressie, then changed for a AAA discount, then for a Disney Visa discount. If you make a room only ressie, you'll only have to pay for one night in advance, and can cancel up to 5 days before the trip. If you make a package ressie then you have to cancel 45 days ahead to not be penalized.

Signing onto the thread based on the title....too many pages to read. Really, really want a dicount for December 08, then I will be looking for a April/May 09discount. We got a bounce back when we were there in January, but it only went to Aug/Sept.
