We are thinking of going with AS Sports, being pop isn't offered. We will try for Pop first on a whim, you never can tell. Things do tend to change. But anyway, if Pop is not an option, do you think we will be able to deal with Pop Warner for a day or two? We will be there 10 days all together and not checking in until the 7TH. I think i can deal with them those couple days, but if it is going to be a real horror, I may just stick with Pop at no discount.

For 2 days out of ten you should be able to deal with them I would think.

Hey everyone. My niece was able to get the discount for Pop today. It saved her $227.00!!

Well, your niece must have taken the last room at Pop! I tried to apply the discount to my existing ressie there and it wasn't available. So, instead I upgraded to Coronado Springs, where I've never stayed before (that will only leave 4 more for me to try...Poly, GF, Contemporary & Yacht Club) and it only cost $25 more per night than the room at Pop was going to. Of course, now we won't be at Pop during Mousefest. Oh well...life's full of tough choices, idn't it???

Finally! No luck with POP. They offered me Sports and POR. I don't want to get in with the POP warner crowd so Sports is out and we really had an unpleasant stay at POR in the spring. So I asked about CSR and they had one! I'm going to CSR! Two nights (Dec. 7-9, which I thought was blacked out) for 236.26, only $30 over my Preferred at POP.

Quinn- we got CSR for Dec. 6, 7, 8...then moving to OKW 9th thru 15th. We'll see you there!

I got Pop but they split the ressie into different prices for different days.

$59 for Dec. 19th, $79 for 20,21,22, and $129 for 23 - We are renting a house the 24 - 31

I think we are going to drop the 19 - 21. The only reason I had those days was to keep value season. Now that we can't do that, I have no need to spend extra money those days.

She was already booked into Pop. This was added to and existing ressie.

No you do not. We just switched our stay to a split stay and didn't have to change ADRs.

The Visa code came out last Monday. People are stating that the general public discounts are suppose to come out today. Which is why I have been up since 6am, not able to sleep.

Just called Disney and was so bummed. There didn't appear to be any discount codes for the general public today for December. Does anyone know if these codes are generally released first thing in the morning or should I check throughout the day?

How in the world did you get through? I have been waiting on hold for about 20 minutes already? I'm armed with my Disney Visa, so I don't need the gen public code. I will ask though if the cast member I speak to sees anything. We all know that one cast member may know something other ones do not.

Years of calling trying to make Cinderella's castle reservations has taught me to start dialing their number a few minutes prior to the phone lines opening. I usually get through within a few minutes. I'm calling again, but am now waiting and waiting and waiting...I'm even waiting as I type this!

This wait is brutal!!! I have been on hold for 29 min! On my cell phone no less! I need that flaming smiley face. I hope someone gets through soon and gives us some positive news.

After 33 minutes..... I had to switch resorts (which is fine) and I was told no general public codes in the system right now.

Ok...just spoke to my second CM of the morning. He advised the same info as the first CM...there is no gen pub code for December right now. He's already had 4 calls this morning asking the same thing. He did say the code could be released at any time today and to keep calling back every few hours. Aauurgh!!!

It's time to think positive thoughts and have faith that the code will appear any hour now.

Yes but check the thread titled General Public... Some people there have had luck so My now 53 min wait better be worth it!
