Note that this is in the rumors section... but I think I figured out when FP+ is launching for AP holders.
If you are an AP holder and do NOT have upcoming reservations (aka, you are a local to WDW), go to the page:
https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/fastpass-plus/
You'll briefly see the week of Dec 1st show up on the second line before disappearing and giving you the standard error of FP+ not being available for your group. The reason I think that's the date is because the website DIDN'T show this before... this is a new change. And I heard from a CM just a few days ago that it would be out for AP holders BEFORE Christmas.
So... December 1st is the day... maybe?
