You guys will all be experiencing the last shows for the cast (the new cast and characters will take over the ship the day you get off). My daughter is Anne Marie in "Dreams" and Drizella in "Twice Charmed" and in the ensembles of the other shows. This was her second contract with DCL. You should experience the best shows ever!!!! We'll be cruising the week before you and getting off the day you all get on (this will be our third cruise with DCL). We'll leave you wishes for good times, sunshine, and family fun!!

Welcome!!! This is our first Disney cruise, so I'm not much help to you. But, I CAN say these boards are fantastic and you can research just about anything and find answers. Just browse through the boards....you will be amazed at how much info you get.

Hi and welcome aboard! Hope you enjoy the cruise. My wife and I did a cruise with no kids on DCL for our first cruise. We had a lot of fun doing the onboard activities and some excursions. Granted, we weren't going out of Galveston then. =) I'd suggest hitting the FAQ thread on the board to answer any possible questions. I know the adult areas of the ship worked out well for us last time. Rarely saw any kids if we didn't want to. See you aboard!

We are starting a new FE group (2nd group) fir this cruise. I noticed several new cruisers have joined on the thread and the Facebook page. If you are interested in joining in on the fun... Let me know and we'll start the group.

Are we supposed to join both groups? Or just one group? I certainly don't mind adding people to my current list.

There are 2 different FE groups. The first was closed and posted. If you are on that list you should already have those 19 cabins info to start your gifts. There are some that felt adding additional cabins would be hard, SO... We are starting a second group. You are welcome to join this one as well. It will be a different lust of cabins (finalizing the list by 11/11)
I'm planning on joining both groups! Giving out gifts to both exchanges. You are welcome to also. I figure the second FE group will be a bit smaller. Maybe 5-10 cabins?? I'll keep updates on the FB page as well as here!

If you are interested in participating in an Fish Extention Exchange but missed the deadline of the first group... NOW your chance!
Send me a PM or a FB message with the following info:
Cabin #
Names of cabin members
ages and gender of children in cabin
Any special celebrations on board
any other info like favorite Disney characters, allergies...

Then let the fun begin!! I'll send out the final FE2 list after the deadline on 11/11, but will send out updates as we go.
