Just called to see about getting a couple of nights in Dec. since we're going to be going to FL anyway to visit my MIL sometime around the holidays. I first asked for the 7th and 8th, which were completely full, but I was told they had plenty of availability for the 14th and 15th....and that whole week.
So, if anyone out there still needs reservations for Dec you may be able to get them. OKW was the only resort available, but the way we see it...we can save points that way!
Last year I was able to get reservations for just about the same dates booking in July (just looked it up...I had thought it was later in the year that I booked it!) There seemed to be less availability last year though....I almost had to wait list for the room.
Anyway, couldn't drive right past WDW with AP's in our pockets and not stop by....and we can finish up our holiday shopping or something while we're at it!
