Dec Hours Question

Hello,

Well, they are finally out!

I have a question. For the Magic Kingdom hours, if they are doing MVMXP on Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri from 7pm to 12 am, how can they keep the park open from 9am to 7pm????

I think they may change this to 6pm like they have done in the past. Does anyone know if this is a mistake on their part and it will be changed or is there a way that it will be 7pm.

Hours are shorter than those of last year: MGM to 8pm every night, MK until midnight on Saturdays. Too bad the hours are shorter this year

I'd like to know the answer to this too. Trying to plan our trip. Is it better to go to the MAgic Kingdom(for the entire day) the day you have the MVMCP tickets?Someone help us!!

No answers yet but from looking at the schedules in the past the MK always closed at 6pm anytime they did MVMXP. So, it's strange that this year it is listed as 7pm for a closing on those night when the party starts at 7pm.

Also, I am planning on doing the MK on the same day I do MVMXP, however, I am trying to plan for the rest of the week to see what time it will actually close.

My guess -- 6pm

I noticed that as well, but have no answers for you. We are two adults who doubled up our MK day with an evening at MVMCP. All in all, a great experience, but for this year's trip, I wanted to stretch that MK magic. We have MVMCP tix for the night we arrive and will be at the MK for the day later in our trip. If you have the flexibility to separate the two, I would recommend it, esp. with little kids. It should still be enjoyable if you combine the two, just be sure to pace yourselves and perhaps take advantage of an afternoon break at your resort.
