We have a trip planned to AKV 12/6-13 in a studio. It is myself, my husband, 4 year old and 2 year old. I looks like we are going to be bring my mother in law along with us unexpectedly. I am scrambling a bit to figure out what to do. Technically we could stay in the studio we have now since my daughter is under 3. I would probably bring an air mattress for the kids...is there room in a studio for an air mattress? Right now there is nothing open for that week so I am going to put us on a weight list. We are weight listed right now for a studio at BWV but I am not too hopeful that that would have panned out. I am trying to decide if I should put us on for anti the studio at AKV, or a 1 bedroom at either AKV or OKW since both have the sleeper chair. What do you think are my best choices and chances of getting?

I suppose I would go with OKW just because it is larger, but really, I would think SSR is more probable. I also doubt that a whole week will become available through a waitlist. I would book whatever dates are available as they become available.

People may be happy in a studio with 5, I have never tried it. My Sister was in a studio with 2 other adults, she was not a happy camper. Jambo studio has 2 sinks in the dressing area at least, Kidani does not.

I doubt very much that you'd find anything on the 6-7 but good luck As Bobbi says SSR maybe in a 1 bedroom.

DH and I stayed in a studio at BLT when we got married and I cannot imagine having 5 in that room, even if 2 were small children. At one point, we had 3 adults (the two of us and the hair/make up woman), 2 large boxes, our luggage, the makeup suitcase and it was difficult to navigate around the room. The room was super nice but not very big.

It might be easier to just book a studio for cash if available and request they be close to each other.
