We are looking at a last minute trip to Universal parks Dec 18-22. We don't plan to buy the fast pass. What can we expect crowds and lines to be like during those days? I can't stand waiting in long line, I won't do it haha.

I’d expect large crowds that week. Christmastime is always going to be busy. Less popular rides will still have shorter wait times, like MiB, but more popular rides like the Hulk are going to have high wait times.
