So I didn't read all the replies and you may already have your answer, but we dealt with the SAME THING. My dad had the choice to just remove my mom with Disney by sending a death certificate. Simple as that. We ended up re-titling because he wanted to add me and my brother to it. 6 week process and about $600 later for 2 contracts...we're done!
