We never once took our DSs out of school for a Disney trip. We managed the crowds just fine.
It's tough. I get it real bad when we come back from DisneyWorld, since we rarely go there. Now we have a WDW trip planned for December, but non planned for Disneyland. Older DS & his wife are in Disneyland right now - I'm having fun reading their updates, but I'm finding that I'm a little jealous, and that surprises me!
