Why are british accents so appealing? Someone could be as dumb as can be, but if they speak with a british accent, suddenly they are geniuses and if someone is kind of hot, they become very hot.

Must be an American thing...not sure if people from other countries are nearly as fascinated.

But not all british accents though. Some of them are just annoying or hard to understand. Some of them will make you go weak in the knees.

Ok, I'm almost done with season 1. I am officially obsessed with this show! I have been sick so I have been watching thru my laptop (thank God this is an option), and it's quickly become one of my favorite shows of all time. I was mad when Betty left, but I have learned to love and hate Daisy. I hope Reggie will be ok...it looks like with George looking out for her, that things will be fine. I have NEVER like Cynthia Stevenson as an actress, but she is brilliant in this show.
I can't wait to finish season 1 and start on 2 today!!
Oh, and I can't believe I said I didn't know who Delores was. Duh...."herbig" brown eyes! lol
