DD's Preschool Graduation-Picture

Here is my DD, Lauren, after her preschool graduation this past Thursday evening. We're so proud of her.

5 girls and 13 boys were in her class this year. And boy did those boys act up during the ceremony.

Thanks for all the very nice comments everyone.

Lauren was not thrilled at first to be leaving preschool behind and going to Kindergarten this fall. Especially since none of the children in her class are in our school district, so none of them will be at her school. Our town is split by three school districts.

But she is really looking forward to Kindergarten now and can't wait to go shopping for all her school supplies.

So sweet!!!!

Jennifer has been so excited to go to Kindergarten next year and then the day after her graduation she woke up in the middle of the night crying because she missed Pre-K so much!!!! I had to laugh coz she had only been out of school less than a day!!! Most of Jennifers classmates will be going to a different school than she will. I think there are only 1 or 2 kids out of the 20 that will go to her school. Same school system but most of the kids that went to her Prek live on the West side.Also there will be 11 Kindergarten classrooms so it is very unlikely that she will be in a room with her friends. She has been with her friends for 2 years straight so I am sure she will have a tough time at the beginning.
