DDs First Ever Job Interview! - GOOD NEWS UPDATE!

My eldest DD wants to go into hairdressing, she has already just about completed her NVQ Level 1 at a local college as part of a day release scheme from school.

She's applied to go to the college after here GCSEs to continue with her NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in hairdressing. Then she saw a job advert. in the local paper for an Apprentice Hair Stylist at a local salon. The job would include day release at college and in salon training, so she sent of her CV and covering letter (expertly prepared by me

)
She got a phone call the day after she posted the application asking her to come for an interview

Her interview is tomorrow (10th) so fingers crossed

Thanks for all your good wishes

DD got on very well and liked the salon and the women that runs it. They have asked her to go in on Friday afternoon for a trial

So, it's looking good
