DDRC for WDW Parking?

I am going to WDW in October, and we are buying our tickets at a deep discount through the YES (Youth Education Services) program at Disney. Just called and found out that you cannot use your Rewards Card through that office. Bummer!

Now wondering where else we can use the Rewards Card. We are staying off property, so parking will be expensive. Can I use the Disney Dream Rewards Card for the $14/day parking fee?

Anyone have any other specific places I can use the card that I may not know about? I heard that anywhere you can use a credit card at WDW, you can use the DDRC. True?
