We are heading to Pop Century in Aug and have the DDP for free ( we upgraded from the counter service to the table service plan).. last time I was at WDW DDp didn't exist and we only had 3 people ..now we will have 7 . I know at TS the 18% gratuity will be added to the bill , but does this also get added at buffets?

Also if we don't use all our TS credits can they be used for CS or switched to CS?

Yes on the 18% gratuity, added to all parties of six or more at all TS, including buffets.

You may be able to use your TS for CS just by walking up to a CS but you may have better luck at resorts than parks.
