I was just wondering if anyone could answer this. I am booked for the POP CENT. in sept. 08. I have the basic DDP booked, I was wondering if WDW offers the DDP for free this Sept. again could I pay the difference to upgrade to the deluxe DDP. Any answers would help alot.

I don't think anyone will know for sure until free dining is offered.

However, there are reports of people booking the bounceback program and being able to upgrade to Deluxe DDP.
