I just got myself an AP:cool1: Now, I am wondering, what is a better deal, the Dining plan or the Tables in Wonderland discount. We are doing about 6 TS meals on our 6 night stay. No 2 credit TS, mostly O'hana dinner, Chef Mickeys, Teppan Edo, etc.

Should I get the Dining Plan, the Tables in Wonderland or just the 10% off with the AP?

Any advice?

You have to spend $375 dollars just to break even with the TIW. Normally TIW is not a good value if you are only going to be taking one trip in a year. If you are going multiple times it really can't be beat IMHO. But it costs $75 to purchase originally that means $375 spent will net you a 20% savings of $75. After that you are actually saving the money and not before. (I also don't think Teppan takes TIW.)

So depending on if you are going back and how many times, if you drink, and who is in your party it might be a good deal. Keep in mind that they do automatically add 18% to your bill.... but IMHO you would do that anyway for a tip so it's a wash.

The 10% off only works at certain places on certain days at certain times. I don't think any that you mentioned do it.

Great information. Thank you. Do they take it at CS locations? I know we would spend over $375 in food in 6 days. It may be worth it. Especially, if they take it at CS locations or for snacks. Do they take it like in Epcot at the drink Kiosks? Because I could spend $375 on Grey Goose Slushies alone. ;)

Teppan Edo does not accept TIW. But they have a 10% annual pass discount for lunch on weekdays.

Only 9 CS in all of WDW accept TIW. Only three of those are in a park (all in Animal Kingdom). Kiosks don't take it - bars do.
