In a nutshell:
The Premium includes 3 meals a day and 2 snacks a day.
The Platinum includes everything from the Premium and LaNuiba tickets ++
There has to be a thread on this site somewhere about the plans....
Has only one done the Premium or the Plat? Was it worth it? How was the fireowks cruise. Do you have until midnight on the day you check out to see food credits, and rec or tours?
I used the Premium in 2006 during the free dining deal. Basically I purchased my trip through Southwest Vacations and it was VERY little money to upgrade. We were all adults, so we liked the extras. Of course at that time the plan allowed us to parasail, jet ski, take carriage rides, go to all the parks, and attend Cirque. I averaged out the cost and the little bit extra was less than what we would have paid just for the parasailing. This deal (at that time) also included all the golf courses, although we did not partake. We went to the best restaurants, character breakfasts and the dinner shows (18% gratutity included for ALL meals, we just added a little extra, and of course tipped the activities people and no taking 2 swipes for signature)... It was pretty amazing. I had no idea how great of a deal this was as it was my first time to stay in Disney. If I had it to do over again, I would have stayed longer! The plan has changed and I am not sure that it is less expensive during the free dining period. In the end, I think I spent less than an additional 100 bucks while I was there..
