DDP resturants

Do anyone know there to find a list of resturants that particiate on DDP, or do all of them?

If you go to Disney.com, then choose travel, then choose Disney World - Somewhere in that site you can print off exactly what resturants are included, what kind of service, how the plan works and everything. If you can't find it, let me know.
