I was wondering, do you need to use one sit-down and one counter service everyday? Can I use 2 counter service one day, and then 2 sit-downs the next?

If I don't get a desert with dinner, can I save that and get a desert later that day (after dinner settles)? :wizard:

Also, is there a limit on the entree's you can get? Can you order any entree on the menu? :wizard:

You get all your credits for the entire trip when you check in. You can use them over your stay in any combination you choose. You can use 3 TS in one day if you want and 2 CS the next day.

No, you can't go back for dessert - they won't split credits - but you could take your dessert with you (assuming you get one that won't melt)

Cannot think of any limitation on entrees at participating restaurants.

I read somewhere that, for example, the Deluxe Sushi Platter at California Grill is not included ... but it seems like usually every entrée is included, with maybe one or two of the most expensive excluded at some restaurants.

The Deluxe Sushi platter is not included as an appetizer (on deluxe) but you can order it as an entree. And I cannot think of any restaurant that excludes any entree, expensive or not. You may be limited as to which entrees you order if you pick a price fix menu like Chefs and Le Cellier have, but you are not restricted from ordering any entrees at participating restaurants to my knowledge. (except that Marrakesh may request a surcharge for multi-course meals.) The only things that may be restricted now are some specialty drinks, and appetizers/desserts for two.

We have had the DDP the past 3 years and what TDC Nala says has been our experience. If it's on the menu, you are free to order it as long as it is one entree and one dessert. You're gonna love it!! :thumbsup2
