If I purchase my disney room and tickets through my work to get a discount. Am I still able to get the dining plan?

If you really want the DDP, you could possibly do a ticketless package. You have to call Disney and ask for it, but you will need to get your room through Disney to do it. You can still buy the discounted tickets through work, but I'd call Disney first to be sure they are still offering the ticketless package.
