Can you use your table service credits at a counter service? I know the reverse cannot be done but if you didn't feel like a sit down meal one day would you be allowed to subsitute it for a counter service?

Usually the only time they allow this is during free dining. Many people can't get TS meals so they allow it.
The only other reports have been sometimes at resorts.

But for the most part it isn't the norm.

They let us use our TS at Cosmic Ray's last year, we had a sick person in our party one day so we ended up with a day's worth of extra credits. We had no trouble, and were not on free dining, they simply just clarified to ensure that we WANTED to use a TS for a QS
