So this is our first time using DDP, and we have 3 separate families in our party for a total of 13. We're all on the DDP. So, at the end of dinner, do we hand over all 13 cards to the wait staff? Seems kind of crazy.

Is there a good way to handle this each night?

Thanks for any insight!!

Are you all on 1 reservation? Or 3 seperate for each family? You only need to show 1 room key per reservation.

Just let your server know in advance - when it is time to pay you will only need to show 3 KTTW - just make sure you check your receipts to be sure they deducted the correct amounts from each party. :)

Thank you! So all the dining credits are banked together on our "account" but we can use any of our cards to pay? For example, our 16 year old son may be on his own and go get a snack ... he can use his own card to "pay" for that?

We had the same situation couple years ago. Each party just needs to present one KTTW card. The server will know exactly how many should be on each by looking at the card, it tells xx adults and xx children. then your portion of the tip is on each receipt.

You need one card from each party.

You don't need all 13 cards, and you won't be able to use one card to buy meals for all 13.
