DDP question about desserts

Hello - I really don't eat desserts, however I would like to add an extra salad or veggie appetizer with my entree. Would this be allowable?

You can surely order an extra appetizer but you'll likely have to pay for it in cash. A TS meal includes one appetizer, one entree, one soft drink and one dessert, and there aren't any provisions in the program for substitutions.
